Please be a flicker....

I saw this little guy hopping up a tree waaaaay up high, so not the best shots. I am really hoping that it is a northern flicker because that would be a new bird for me. But I have to rule out the chance that it may be an immature red bellied woodpecker, since I did see several of those in the area recently. I can't find too many pictures of flickers from the back - most shots are of them from the side. I also can't find much on immature red-bellied woodpeckers for comparison.

If any of you have shots of flickers from the back or young red-bellies, post em up here!
