Kahlua cake

Tucson, AZ(Zone 9a)

As requested..here is the recipe

Chocolate Kahlua Cake

1 box moist Devil's food cake
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Kahlua
powdered sugar
1 (12-cup) ring-shaped Bundt pan
butter or oil for greasing pan
***optional:***
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.

Pour into a greased, 12-cup Bundt pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, about 45 minutes.

Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn over onto a platter. Dust with powdered sugar,

Or top with glaze: In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup Kahlua. Poke holes in cake with fork or toothpick, and spread glaze on top of cake until most all the glaze is absorbed. (There will be extra glaze, so don't think you need to try and get it all on there)
