Anyone Using Wild Blue Satellite?

I am interested in using Wild Blue as a means of picking up internet. We are currently using Charter and are extremely unhappy with their service and have reached our limit. I know Direct TV has a bundle package with them and offers a slight discount with Wild Blue.
Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.
