This is second picture, Brussel sprouts and Rutgers tomatoes behind. Containers here are 24" x 15" storage containers (heavy plastic) with six drainage holes punched (3/4" electrical conduit heated red hot with propane torch punches a nearly 1" neat hole in plastic). Holes in all pots and these containers are covered with squares of "Plastic Canvas" a hobby material that comes in 7,10 & 14 holes (mesh) per inch. A very similar product, precut, is sold for Bonsai use and is very much more expensive. Got six 13 1/2" x 15 1/2" sheets for less than two bucks at Wal Mart.

We have tons of those type of containers with missing lids - why not? We just need some more sun! Down with trees!!!
I made these... they are working great.... but your grey color tub looks like the one I picked up at home depot.. and was harder to fit because of the tapered sides.... the straight ones I found at walmart worked better
