Bentley is my latest rescue/foster. He arrived last evening. Not quite sure why the family gave him up - dont have all the paperwork but he is 8 years old, coat has been cut really short so he looks almost like a puppie. He is very tall - probably 18" which is way oversize and has DM ( dermato-myositis -n auto immune disorder) which apparently has been treated,
Anyway he is a sweet goof - just makes himself right at home, very sociable - would not really know he was just taken away from his home for 8 years, except for barking well behaved. I walked him last night and he pulled a lot until he discovered he wasn't going anywhere ( I just keep turning the other way) and then he walked nicely at my side.
Last evening he discovered his reflection in a mirror I have on the fence and just starred for the longest time ( but not long enought for me to get the camera) this morning I heard him barking and went out to find him barking at that other dog in the mirrot - and trmpling plants too so I've had to fence it off.
