Murmur (Carole)

I just wanted to let everyone on this forum know that Carole's husband, Steve, passed away at home last night after his battle with cancer. I know that Carole was happy that he had seen and heard from many friends and family, that his passing was at home and peaceful and that she was able to be with him.

I'm sure most of the next few days will be taken up with memorial service preparations, and that after that we'll hear from Carole herself.

There is a thread on the Prayer List Forum if you'd like to post your condolences. She is also receiving d-mails from many, though she isn't able, of course, to answer them all right now.

Hey Kath ~ Thanks for the update. Sad...so sad, but now they both can rest easier.

Yeah, I think so, too, Sheri. I'm sure the next couple of weeks will be full for her - I'm thinking it'd be good if she had a few people/things to "bug" her for the rest of the summer after that . . .

Thanks for the imput. Carole now can take a break and remember fond things and not labor. Steve is out of his battle and resting.
