Cats in the dill

Edmond, OK(Zone 7a)

I just found these 3 little guys or gals in my dill this morning. I believe they are black swallowtail cats but I have never seen them this small. You can tell by the size of the dill seeds that they might be 1/4" long. My girls are squealling with excitement as we just released our first butterfly last week. I believe we are hooked. I can't wait to see all the stages from this early on.

How exciting for your girls to get to help you raise them. Nothing like having fun while they're learning!

YAY for you!

I just found some on mine this weekend. I brought them in a cage and they are growing fast! I found 10 in all on the dill.
