Little and Lewis July 27

I don't know if people are still planning on the Little and Lewis 'field trip' on July 27. (I believe a trip to Heidi's and also HostaJim's were on the agenda as well.) And Heronswood is open on July 26. I personally will not be able to make the 27th. My mom is arriving on the 26th and it's not something she would enjoy at all. I am toying with the idea to swing by Heronswood on the way home from the airport on the 26th but haven't decided yet. I don't think she would really enjoy that either as it's quite a long detour.

But if people are not going to go to L & L on the 27th, I need to phone them and cancel.

I am going to try and go to L & L myself later in August.

I am also planning to go to Fronderosa Frolic in Gold Bar on August 9. http://www.fancyfronds.com/frolic.cfm Some of the members of the South Whidbey Garden Club will probably also go.

If anyone is planning to go to L & L on 7/27, let me know and I will not cancel it with them.

Gwen, I'm going up on the 19th and 26th, the 19th is when Sunset Garden will be there taking pics, and Marty Wingate will be there also. Heidi asked me to come up to meet them. Sunset will be taking pics of my Spheres again, so I'll get to meet them and talk about, how I got started making them etc. ( a picture on Daves Garden ). and the 26th's is Heronswood open. I haven't seen the gardens since I was there on the day they closed. I hear from Heidi that the grounds look great. and George Ball actually bought some mulch. isn't that nice of him. hope to see some of the local DG'ers, Jim

Okay, then I am going to cancel the 27th with L & L for now. I am out of town so can't make the 19th but I just may do the swing-by on the 26th if my mom is up to it.

I will cancel L & L as soon as I get back in town, on the 22nd.
