This one has me stumped. First as I was watching it I thought it was a Starling. When I got it on the computer I thought young Woodpecker, till I saw the spots. I have three pictures to upload.

Yep...a European Starling. Young and molting.
Spots, no spots, some spots, juvenile, adult, male, female, dark bill, yellow bill .....these birds present many different looks.
My first impression was right! Thanks Ned!
