At last, the fountain is working. I gave up on tiling the inside because of the irregularities and elastomeric coating, just did the bottom. Moving the basalt back was easier than I had expected, just wiggled it back and forth till it was set. Now to monitor it for leaks. The picture doesn't show the water oozing out the top, but it looks and sounds good. Now all you mosses, start growing. A couple coats of stucco on the outside, remove the 4X4 in front, and I'll at last be finished with one more project, hundreds to go.
The fountain is all wet.
