CLOSED: Is this an oriole or a grosbeak?

Hi, I'm visiting my parents in the Black Hills of South Dakota. This bird and its mate visit the birdbath. My aunt says that it's a grosbeak, maybe a Black-headed Grosbeak? My dad says that its an oriole, Baltimore Oriole? I can't tell and their bird books aren't that great! Thanks for your help.
