Wanted: crocosmia - Hardy to Zone 6a

Athens, OH

I am looking for crocosmia to add to my deer resistance trials.

I have 'Lucifer' but would like to trial at least 4 others. For the study I would prefer decent-sized plants, but I could could try seeds.

I have several tropicals (alocasia, colocasia, xanthosoma) and perennials I could trade.

Thanks, ROX
PS for a list of perennials that I have, check out the plant list on the site above. Not everything listed is available, but I will try to work out a good deal!

Do they have to be named?

I have a patch of crocosmias in desperate need of thinning. Had them for years and years but I forgot their name.

Thanks for responding....
They don't have to be named. But if you have a good pic, I would appreciate it if you could post it on the identification forum so we can see if it can be ID. Alternatively, you could email it to me and I could post the pic.

Thanks, ROX

Well, I don't have one here at work (pic) so I will look when I get home.
