What makes a tomato plant look like red rust?

Whitesboro, TX

My small garden only has 5 tomato plants in it & something is making the foliage turn are rusty color. Doesn't look like the normal tomato blight we get in Texas & plants are setting a ton of fruit & new growth looks fine but about halfway down they look the rusty color & the foliage is curling & dying. My 2 Romas are huge (over 6' tall stretched out) & have it but my 1 celebrity looks the worse - the foliage down the center is all dead but it's setting fruit & showing new green growth on top & my 2 Carnivals are hardly affected at all (little on both plants but not much). I should also add about a week & half ago I accidently let the soaker hose on for too long (dang WalMart..never enough cashiers...LOL) & when I got it turned off the garden had about 2" of water setting on it but was soaked up within 2 hours. LMKP what you think this might be & how to cure it organically if possible - open to all ideas & suggestions. Sorry no pics - camera is in shop ( they don't work well after falling in garden fountain - remember never garden & talk - it could be more costly than you think...LOL). Thanks for your help & Happy gardening to y'all from N Texas.

Cats... Ya might ask your question over in the tomato forum. Lots of mater folks there that might know what your dealing with. Haven't heard of rusty leaves before myself.
