Passiflora subpeltata

St. Paul, MN(Zone 4b)

Hello All.

An evening picture of my first P. subpeltata flower of the season after a light summer rain. I started this plant from seed a few years ago and find it easy to overwinter indoors (spider mites leave it alone!). The flowers are a bit small, but the quantity is amazing. Although only in a 10" pot, the plant easily has 100+ buds developing and the vines are 10 ft.+ long.

That is a beautiful flower. I love the fringe part. Gorgeous!
