How do I get my potted brug leaves to stop turning yellow and falling off? This does not happen to the one I have in the ground.

Dorothy, Are you watering it a lot? I get a few yellow leaves from time to time, They do "shed" some once in a while to make room for new growth.. Are you feeding it? How big is it? Which leaves are yellowing? Big established leaves? Small new leaves? At the growth tips or closer to the trunk?
It's the big leaves. Some of them get a mottled yellowing first then fall off but most are going total yellow then fall off. I sometimes have to water it twice a day. I feed it with fish emulsion and Miracle Grow and give it a gallon of water with a table spoon of epsom salt every three weeks.

Dorothy, post a pic of the plant, if you can. It may be getting too much water... I would try to lift it out of the pot and look at the roots, are the brownish and smelly? If so, too much water.. does the stem look firm and healthy? not limping over? What size is the pot? It may need a bigger one if you are watering 2X a day (unless it's 100 degrees down there)
