Cliff, it is nearly impossible to identify a named cultivar from a picture, and we try not to guess to keep the integrity of the named ones. There are so many beautiful unnamed ones out there -- thousands and thousands compared to the few that are named and registered. They are all beautiful in any case. Some of my favorite plumerias are ones without names. I just call them by the place where I got them and then add the color. For example, Aloha Palms Yellow, Home Depot White, etc.
