Lazy Horse rescue, the place I got Mic Mac (and, kinda, Lucas) has begun to shut down due to the financial burden. It really breaks my heart - Gabby was a one woman show, basically, and she did an incredible job of saving horses from slaughter - Mac being one of them. It sounds like she took it as far as she could.
However, she still has horses that need to be adopted, some still in foster care, all that still need daily care. If you can take a look at her page (http://www.lazyhorserescue.org) and her horses, or send a few bucks to help out with hay costs, it would be greatly appreciated.
