A coupel weeks ago I lost a beloved companion of over 13 years and just a couple month sin front of that lost my bestest friend companion of 18 years.
Well yesterday mailaldy foudn out my last baby ha dpasse don and told me about a weiner dog, not sure if they called a dashound or dacson ( spelling) that wa sgoign to go to pound if it didn't have a home.
Unless the onwer changes her mind the dog is comign to me in a few days. All I knwo about it is that it a male, ben fixed, supposedly has a sweet dispostion, but lady gettign rid of it because it doesn't get along with her two children. Not sure if maybe the kids might have done somethign to it or it just jealous of the owner.
Now all my dogs have been rescuses and I fidn good homes for all the dash and run dogs and pups dropped off here, but they all usually bigger breeds.
I know nothign about this type of dog or what it's need smight be. My other dogs were all couch potaoes and blanket and pillow stealers and midnight snack munchers and spolied rotten. : )
I heard that thes ekinda dogs can't jump, so what do I need for a bed and special place fo rhim and if he wants up on couch or my bed, is it ok to pick him up and and put him down?
How much do little dogs should be feed and what good for them. I been feeding 45-90 pound big babies.
What kind of exercise and toys and play time do I need for him. I don't even know his name, but here he il have full of th ehouse and me and get love instead of being put down, so would appreciate any help and advice!
