Rooster was crowing tonight and he sounded hoarse and very low in his pitch. He usually has that perfect crow! Did he just over do it last night at the concert he went to or is it something else!
Rooster sounds hoarse
i had a rooster that overdid, and went hoarse. the guy who borrowed him thought he might have gotten some kind of bronchitis, and gave him antibiotics, because he got hoarse BAD when he went there. butr when he came back, he did the same thing, over-crowing, and got a little horase again. ACV in his water must have done the trick...
sorry i didnt post last night, hope he is better. nohting worse than having to hear that messed up choppy horsey crow LOL

We had a roo that was hoarse once. It was during the winter though and we figured he might have gotten a chill. I gave him water with cayenne pepper in it and by the next morning he was crowing like normal. Not sure if that was a good thing since he crows a lot. Maybe I should have left him hoarse, LOL.
Well, since Bruno crows day and night, I never thought about him getting hoarse. Nawwwww, that wouldn't happen.
GG
those poor folsk who have eggplant, they let him roam loose cause he fights with THEIR buckeye roo, and he crows nonstop from 4 AM to 8AM.... on their front porch.... and talks in between and all day long... i promised them he didn't do that here!
