Absolutely wonderful photo Laurie!

Ohhhhh, lovin' that green!! I almost bought another cultivar today but it was all yellow, cute bloom but the leaves were a bit too crispy from the heat. Now I have to find this one instead.
Same tastes Lali, variegated foliage and lime greens! ^_^

Sue, it turns all yellow as soon as the petals mature. Every year I look at these Rudbeckias and wish I had a huge yard so I could have a path with different cultivars at the borders.

Well shoot, I may have to go back out and hit a couple of nurseries!

Bet you're looking forward to the cool down, I know it's been much hotter up your way. Do you also have the smoke? It's real bad here from that Big Sur fire, really bothers my Mom, she has trouble breathing and it get my lungs hurting and gets me coughing too.
