Suddenly a bloom...and it beats the heck out of me what it is!!! Lost the tags. I am sure it is a hybrid...but which one...any help? The entire 'head' is small...and the flowers are very small..... edited to note that there IS a slight greyish/blueish cast to parts of the stem and leaves....

Could it be Hedychium 'Elizabeth'
GOT the ID this evening from a ginger guru here....who got it from HIS guru... It is a form of H. coccineum... pretty, isn't it?
Common name here is called Orange Bottlebrush...besides H. coccineum. I have it in orange color and also in white which I am hoping it will bloom for me this year...
It sure is pretty does it have a strong smell?
Ok, what about this one? Is this a Hedychium also? Anybody have a name?
It IS a Hedychium... there are many yellow ones...and they ALL look alike to me!!!!
With those variegated leaves that one looks like my Hedychium "Tahitian Flame".
