Zen cooking works again

(Laura) Olympia, WA(Zone 8a)

So I just invented another recipe by looking at what I had and throwing it together. Due to this being Zen cooking the amounts and items aren't set in stone.

Garlic, chopped or minced
Olive oil
4 parts Spinach, chopped
1 part plum tomatoes, cut in half
1 part meat, leftover London broil in this case, cooked and cut into chunks
Fresh Herbs
Pasta, cooked, I used 18 oz. tri-color tortellini
Fettuccini Sauce, I used 10 oz. pre-made

1. Heat oil in non-stick skillet, add garlic, sauté till garlic is tender or browned.
2. Add spinach, tomatoes, meat and herbs. Cook till spinach is desired doneness.
3.Add mixture and sauce to pasta, mix well.

Does anyone else regularly do Zen cooking?
