Well this is creamsicle which when I went into the hospital did not get the attention that it deserved but now it is starting to bloom I am so happy
Well I thought it was a gonner but fooled me........
Congrats James! I'm so glad to see you angel is welcoming you back home! It's good to see you posting. Let's see creamsicle when she's all blooming up a storm. lol
Kim
Welcome back James. I hope you're feeling better. You are going to love Creamsickle. She is an older Brug, but still worthy of being included in any collection. I personally like to see the second skirt descend completely. Creamsickle does. Her fragrance is a distinctive baby powder. In the Texas heat, she remains a creamy white. She is one of my favorites.
Hello, I'm happy to see you posting again, too, James! Kim & Veronica, Hi! Aren't brugs so forgiving? They can be all dried out (or froze off in zones higher than mine) and will still come back. They waited for your care. I'm glad you're out there fussing around! Great therapy for mind and body. Look at the fat buds on her! James, she will be gorgeous! Is Creamsicle in Day Dreams parentage? I've seen Day Dream pics with full extended skirts, they look so graceful.. I think it was Day Dreams... Can't wait for you to smell the blooms! (and see the pics)
Oh seemama! She's just darling, the blooms are almost as tall as the plant! What a producer! Congratulations!
Hi Bonnie!
Creamsickle is not part of Day Dreams' parentage.
Using the link below, I came up with Day Dreams lineage back two crosses. You could go further by following the lines that don't end up with a wild form.
Charleston X Luminosa = Fandango
Ecuador Pink X Rothkirch = Rubirosa
Fandango X Rubirosa = Day Dreams
Pod parent is listed first and pollen parent next.
