I live directly on a major highway and am looking to find Pampas grass to make a "privacy line" across my front yard. I am certainly willing to pay something if needed for the plants. I can pick up anywhere in this area or would be willing to pay to have some mailed if needed. Thanks :)
Does anyone in my area (Tyler) have 10 Pampas grass plants ?
I have a big clump in the back here but from the reading I've done it sys to separate it in the spring and you should be careful of where you put it so people passing by don't get cut from the leaves.
so if you can wait til it is cooler out we can see about diggin some of it up....not sure jsut how many "plants" are there but I'll try and remember to take a look tomorrow and see.

Oh THANK you Smockette! You and Mibus are real sweethearts~ If you saw my house you'd know what I mean, I am literally 50 feet from a 4 lane highway. The trash flow alone in my yard daily is enormous. I can't sit on my porch at night comfortably and enjoy my yard with all the traffic. I really think the Pampas will help. I mean, I can't do anything about the noise, but I don't have to look at it...I can't afford to build a fence across the yard, and prefer the asthetics of plants anyway! I really appreciate ya'll!
