I enjoyed watching this squirrel getting the seeds from a sunflower. The sunflower came up on its own, probably planted by a bird or a squirrel originally. Now he's getting the fruits of his labor. haha

I am lucky to have a few to watch and occasionally chase from my feeders, but they are not destructive. I have read some unfortunate cases on other threads where the squirrels have caused damage. I enjoy watching their antics.
I used to have three that came to my bird feeders but I "inherited" my daughter's rat terrier, Millie, after she got divorced and moved into an apartment. Guess Millie knows that squirrels are also referred to as "limb rats" because she loves to chase them too so now the squirrels won't come to the feeders anymore :-(
