This was taken in May 3rd in west central Korea at an elevation of about 300 meters. I managed to get two VERY blurry shots before it scampered away.

Weasel? red squirrel?
My grandmother used to see weasels when she was young and she said the animal in the picture is exactly the same color. The problem is that red squirrels are exactly the same color too...
The good thing is that both of them are rare in Korea these days so whichever species it might be, I have photographed something rare.
I hope it isn't unidentifiable...
