A few years ago I purchased one plant. I deadheaded it and planted the seeds and I have done this every year, so I now have several of them. The puzzling thing is that the color of the blossoms is different on each plant. Some have brown centers and orange on the outer edge. Some are solid dark brown, and some are a solid mustard yellow color. Some change colors from brown and orange to all brown. Why is that when the seeds all started from one plant? I've learned so much from this website and would like to thank everyone who has helped me in the last few years.
