Here is a link to a thread that has the recipe and the technique for the very best ribs I've ever eaten. It is a meticulous recipe, but worth it. My sister HAS to have this every year for her birthday. I am happy to oblige!

One of the secrets is the brine, and the other is cooking over steam.
