Potatoes on the Grill

Years ago I was in the mood to try a few recipes. I had one of those free copies of 'Taste of Home' on hand, and so tried a few recipes. One of those, has become a family favorite.

In fact, everyone that has ever had it at our house, has asked for the recipe.

I thought I'd post a link to this very easy, and unanimously wonderful potato side dish for the grill. We make this along with chicken legs, and then do marshmallows with the leftover coals, for desert

This is now our family classic summer meal :0)

ps-my hubby has only one thing he changes...he adds ranch dressing on top. The only changes I've made, is that I use a purple onion, and orange and yellow bell peppers, instead of red, to add a lot of color ;0)
