This year, after re-doing the back/side yards, I'm finally getting some BFs and moths...yippee!
I'm not very knowledgeable on the subject, but I enjoy them just the same.

Well, I'm glad you're pleased! Their caterpillars eat parsley, dill, fennel, and Queen Anne's Lace. See in your picture how the butterfly is curving its abdomen and touching it to the plant? That's classic egg-laying behavior. Here's a picture I took of a Giant Swallowtail laying eggs on an orange tree. You can see how it's posing the same way.
