Damselfly, Blue-fronted Dancer (Argia apicalis)
I'm not even sure if you're still around Pford, but I wanted to say THANK YOU for sharing this pic of this beautiful insect!! I saw one of these at work the other day, and it was the first time I'd ever seen one. I had no idea what it was, and since I was busy watering the perennials, I didn't have my iPod handy to take a pic. (I get really "into" my watering, literally). No google searches yielded anything, so I started perusing the bug files here, and after a few pages, TAH-DAH!! Here is my answer, now I know what it is that I saw. God Bless you!!!!!!!
