Favorite Low Fat Ice Cream or Sherbert

I have been scouring the internet for low fat ice cream and sherbet recipes for my cuisinart ice cream maker.....I don't have a problem with the sugar - when I need to make a simple syrup I use the Splenda for Baking and it works perfectly...
