Does anyone have a small plant or stem or leaf cuttings that I could purchase? I've been looking for this one for months and I have very few resources in my area.

Have you checked Rob's Violets? That is where I bought my last one.

I noticed that after I posted. I see Kartuz is out too. The only other one I see is GHW if you want to wait a long time. You might ask Rob's if they have any that will be ready soon.
I have ordered other plants from GSW so many times. You are right about waiting. I think they root cuttings as they get the orders. I've received unrooted cuttings which were supposed to be replaced with a subsequent order and forgotten. So I plan to forget to order from them again.
I've tried to communicate with Rob's and they do not answer their email.
So, that is why I thought I might try this forum.
Rob's is a small operation so they may not answer for a few days (out of town?). Usually they are very fast at getting orders out.
GHW has a poor record on getting orders out quickly and often send the wrong things. They are my last choice for mail order.

Not sure if she has them. She ships plants very carefully and so far for me, they have been nice full 2.5 pots, which to me are better than a small plant over potted in 4"
I can check at Baker's Acres in Alexandria for you. They don't ship, but I can work USPS Click n Ship. :) I have one, but it's small.
Celene, thank you so much for your kind offer to check with Baker's. At the suggestion of jmf_sofia, I wrote to lauray.com and she emailed me immediately. She has two left and is shipping them on Monday.
I ended up ordering two - one as a gift for my Mom and one for myself.
