Ok I will discuss with Dr.Mansoor about both the Palms.
Can you tell me the points which are differ with each other, for both Palms.

Chamaedorea elegans has very thin leaves on laterally pointing branches normally and is a SOLITARY palm (no suckers)... they really dont' look much alike at all (see in the plant files). Chamaedorea seifrizii has many suckers and grows in a tight clump of upright pointing leaves that are thicker and more sun durable (a Chamaedorea elegans in that much sun would probably be fried).

Brahea armata is a blue leaved palm. It also has large yellow spines along the petioles. It has thick petioles with a lot of scurf (fuzz) on them. Trachycarpus has skinny petioles with very tiny teeth very closely spaced. It is a green leaved palm. Its leaves are very deeply divided compared to most Braheas. See the photos in the plant files and you will see how different these two palms look.
