and it was just horrible.
Have any of you tried this? It sounded like something I would want to serve for a brunch so I tried it out on the family first.
YUCK!
Gelatin mixed with tomato juice, balsamic vinegar, garlic and fresh veggies. An avacado cream to serve as an accompaniment (that was good). Chilled in a mold and served on soft lettuce. At the bottom of the recipe it states, "Men are particularly fond of this recipe." Well, my husband thought I was trying to poison him. ;>}
I'll say it again.....YUCK!
We love gazpacho......this was just horrible.
