I've started this plant from seed and would like to know if it is as invasive as the non variegated varieties of pokeweed before I put it in my garden. Does anyone know?

Yes. I ordered seed from Gardens North and every seedling was variegated. I used the cold treatment system with coffee filters described in the seed starting forums and it worked well.
