Newsletter storage???

I am not computer savvy at all,as I'm sure this post will show.I save each Dave's monthly newsletter on one of my Yahoo file spaces.Is this necessary,is there an archive for these letters.Am I using up a limited amount of storage when I do this with this newsletter or any other material?
