Ears

I can dig way down to both Lacy and Khaos' brains with a towel and they both LOVE to have their ears cleaned.....Cyn, I can only do HIS right ear and not to his brain -down where the real gunk is- and I don't want to push it as apparently he's shy on the left -I think - from always having trying it on his left.... Ser... I can't even get a towel close before she stresses so it's thumbs only. Cyn is anti-thumb on the left and anti touch.... argh.

I'm going to slowly keep trying closer and closer? Any tips? I tried rubbing under his chin while he's all stretched and wiggly-lipped, and then trying to get near his ear but he jerks up and I don't want to force it.....? do I?
