don't you just love that blood lily, i wonder why yours is blooming and mine haven't started yet

Divernon, IL(Zone 5b)

Mine are in pots that were re-potted in mid-April - perhaps that's a factor. I've another one blooming today, probably post it tonight.

west Houston, TX(Zone 9a)

mine were blooming in ground 6/6; they are in almost full shade (a little morning sun) and this particular one is 3 years in this spot--they always bloom first thing out of the starting gate--I thought maybe this one was not even coming back, it didn't re-emerge until 5/29

Crinum - received in a DG trade. Really cool, this is the first Crinum I've ever cultivated.

That is a beautiful Crinum.

Here is a Crocosmia flowering , I have never seen one growing here in FL before>

dale, they grow well in my area also. However, they haven't bloomed yet for me this year. Also, I'am afraid they're receiving too much moisture from the sprinkler system.

Divernon, IL(Zone 5b)

I've a Crocosmia or two - Lucifers...first one should bloom next week.
Meanwhile, I've still got Peruvian Daffodils blooming:

Odd that your Peruvian daffodils is already blooming in zone 5b and mines is still at the vegetative stage in zone 9a. It's been awhile since I have fertilized that area - maybe that is the trick? They are thriving and are quite large - but it has not bloomed more than a couple of blooms for the past two years.

Divernon, IL(Zone 5b)

Mine are grown in large containers over-wintered in the basement.
