Amazing Chicken Marinade

New Madison, OH(Zone 5a)

I got this recipe off the internet at Recipezaar.com. We absolutely love it! I have used it..both with the grill...and also the broiler. I hope you like it as much as we do!

1/4 C. cider vinegar
3 Tlbs. mustard
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsps. salt
6 Tlbs. olive oil
ground black pepper
6 boneless chicken breast halves

Mix together all ingredients except chicken. Add chicken to marinade. Marinate for 8 hrs. or overnight. Grill or broil for about 10 minutes per side.

Ok...now for my way of doing it.
I am all about easy..ok?

I use bottled lemon juice, bottled lime juice, jarred minced garlic. Works fine. I usually put the chicken in the marinade about noon..for supper that night. It doesn't really take 8 hrs with all that acid in there.
I put the marinade in a gallon ziploc bag, and add the chicken...and refrigerate.
Enjoy!
