Hey, Everyone!
Congratulations are in order! At yesterday's weigh-in, Noddy finally broke the 20 lb mark. His official weight on 6/15/08 was 19.25 lbs!!! Noddy has lost 7.2 lbs since 7/9/07 and is closing in on his ideal target weight of 16-17 lbs!
Something equally remarkable occurred yesterday, as well. For the first time in as many years as I can remember, Noddy SAT normally! With all of that extra weight, Noddy could only sit by sliding one haunch under his body mass and sitting on the side of the haunch. Now he can finally sit up straight again! It's just so wonderful to see his body regaining normal posture and flexibility, not to mention a WAIST!
So raise a cup of catnip tea, one and all, and let us toast to the lighter, healthier, but no less majestic Lion King. HIP HIP HOORAY!!!! May these last three pounds slip away and into oblivion forever!
