What do you fix when you have "no time to cook?" My husband and son will eat sandwiches one night, but not the next. Let's have your favorite recipes for "no time to cook" or "it's too hot to cook." I made chicken and rice tonight on top of the stove. That was quick and didn't heat up the kitchen. Please share your recipes or ideas.
