Very nice Kyle! If you decide you don't like it, I'd be happy to provide a good home for it!

I strongly suspect that none of Kyle's orphans would have any problems finding a new home. Hmmmmm? LOL Dotti

I think Kyle's just making up his own names for now, I don't know if this one is officially registered as anything yet. Personally I like Dark Matter for the name though. But I'm a science geek at heart, so maybe that's why!

there currently is about 9500 named varieties of trop. Hibiscus, so names that are original are terribly hard to come up with, every time I think of a name..BINGO..someone else has already used it. :-(

That my friends is a Gift from God... has to be. It is the most beautiful Hibiscus I have ever seen.

Hi, My name is Carolyn and I am a crazy down in the dirt, gotta have grubby knees kinda gal. I only am able to grow hardy Hibiscus here in Mid. Tenn... but I can sure drool over these tropicals...

Hi, Carolyn! And welcome!!

Jacksonville, FL(Zone 9a)

Although their flowers get as large as the hardy ones the plants are generally much smaller. Perfect for winter windowsills.

LOL, sorry but we are all a bunch of enablers.

I have a nice sunroom that I keep a few tender tropical things in... but I am not sure it could handle a large hibiscus bush.. but for that Brown and Red one, I think I would have hubby build an addition to the sunroom.. wow, that just knocks my socks off.

Here is a pic of my first bloom on Lady Baltimore..

Over here! Compost immediately!
Don't touch it! Gloves only!
I'm waiting with my crack, hazardous waste disposal team!
(it would be a hazardous waste if I didn't have one)
