New Pics and update on the web/curly toed silkie

Woodsville, NH

The only sad thing is a lost one silkie, I still have the splash and the one I almost culled. He turned out to be a happy well adjusted dark partridge! His toes are not perfect he does run like everyone else! I do have one delaware that legs sticks out to the side, I didnt notice it till it was too late. Is that what splayed leg does? He uses it like a crutch so he gets around fine. He will be processed when it comes time (unless of course he gets to my soft heart)

Hi Lora--I think that is how Riley is going to look! I'll post another picture of him when his top knot is in and you can tell me. He is so cute.

He could, I have a non bearded dark partridge hen. I lost my all grey silkie, so sad, my cat got him or atleast thats what I think happened, he just disappeared one day. I will try and get a good pic of this guys toes, one is really curled, yet he walks fine.

Thanks Lorak for posting the pics. I called my kido's in to look at them and they thought they were pretty neat too. We only have a couple heavy breeds, so are very new to all the others. We got the biggest thrill in seeing yours! So cute!
