I tried something like this years ago at a catered wedding and it was DIVINE. I've since looked up versions of recipes on this but nothing has tasted near as delicious. The recipe at the wedding had pasta, cooked mixed vegetables chopped (and I recall nothing gross like onions, peppers, lol)---and their was a nice light sauce to it. It looked and tasted wonderful.

Is there a recipe similar to this your family often requests you would share?
