Im looking for this Impatiens psittacina for a special garden friend. If anyone has any to trade, buy, etc. I would be thrilled to present it to her when she visits me in a couple weeks.

too funny, after a little research they are illegal, unable to obtain. oh well, I will have to find my friend some other exotic plant.
Why are they illegal? I'm just curious.
I think its because they are so rare, like an endangered species, in Thailand.
