When will my hardy clcylamen sprout?

I have had a hardy cyclamen bulb in moist potting soil for three months now, and no action yet. How long do these take?

I've given up.

My score on cyclamen, to date, is 0 for 2. The bulb I bought didn't sprout and the one I bought in leaf died long before blooming. :(
