house guests: special needs bunnies and toddler bird

The Mom just got a divorce. Her fur kids are 3 rabbits, one paralyzed in one leg, one deaf and blind in one eye, and one with a nasal block that causes him to wheeze. Then there is Scarlet, a 11 mo old Ecklectus parrot just learning who she is.

Any advice you can give would be tremendous.
