VA Loan info

FYI ~ VA loans have something against "livestock" and I was just asked to write a statement saying I would not have "livestock" or "farm animals" on the property we are buying. Obviously I pitched a total fit and told them where they could stick their loan, 3 days before we are supposed to close. Lender came back and asked me to write a statement saying that I was not running a breeding facility or "for profit" farm and will see if VA will accept that.
SNORT! With the money we've put into Joe and Allie alone, not much I could do at this point to run a "for profit" farm, even if that was my intention and soooo not interested in breeding so I wrote his statement. I just refused to state I wasn't going to have horses.
Fingers crossed that VA buys it off tomorrow.
