My computr is slow too but I have a Norton Security Suite that scans files for hours in the morning, and at other times of the day too probably, anyway it's so secure I can hardly use the computer myself.

I know what you mean, Jo Ann. My lap top just 'died' so now I am using the old desktop. The laptop died right after I had made the new thread - go figure!

ge-I mentioned RoundUp as something to POSSIBLY do in the event that one of my hostas in one of my "hosta only" beds got infected. Someone else commented on the fact that Chris Wilson from Hallson's Gardens mentioned some similiar method using either Brush b Gone or RoundUp, but instead of spraying using a sponge, or some other direct application to the potentially infected hosta leaf.

It sounds good, I can see the sence in sponge application where there are other EXPENSIVE hostas around but this poor thing is dying all alone, think I'll put it out of its misery.There are so many more like it on the property, it's not that special.
